WINONA, Minn. — A Winona woman, Crystal Joy Dorman, 48, was arrested after another car was hit while hers was backing out of a parking place – and then, police said, drove off. This was at the Kwik Trip convenience store in the 850 block of West Broadway. Police checked video surveillance and tracked Dorman to Stockton seven miles away about 10:45 p.m. Her blood, police said, tested at 0.17% alcohol. Police said they would seek a charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated.
