BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. – It wasn’t the first time for Lawrence Waube. When a State Patrol trooperstopped him for speeding, the trooper discovered soon that Waube had ben arrested six times before for driving drunk. This would be his seventh. Waube, 55, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Highway 54 near the Interstate 94 junction. No, he wasn’t merely ticketed for speeding. The trooper took him to jail.
