ELBA, Minn. – A St. Charles driver was injured although apparently not seriously in a one-vehicle accident. Deputies identified him in a news report only as 23 years old. He was taken to a hospital. The accident was about 11:15 p.m. in the 19000 block of County Road 39 south of Elba. Deputies took a blood-alcohol test and were awaiting results.
