The latest setback, last week before the Winona County zoning enforcement board, may not be he end of the road for the Daleys. Will there be another appeal somewhere? “All cards are on the table,” Ben Daley told the Winona Post about last week’s denial of a request for variance from the county’s cap on herd sizes.
