DAKOTA, Minn. – A pre-fab house fell off a semi-truck trailer climbing up Four-Mile Grade on Interstate 90. There were no injuries. Westbound interstate lanes were blocked for crews t remove the debris. The State Patrol said clean-up would take several hours. Meanwhile, Rochester-bound traffic was diverted on Highway 61 to Winona, then to Highway 14 to Rochester. Eastbound traffic to LaCrosse, on the opposite hillside, was unaffected.
House righted. Hooked to tow truck. The truck had cleared the Dakota interchange and was beginning the long climb up Dakota Creek Coulee.
