WINONA, Minn. — Eighteen COVID-19 cases were added to Winona County’s total by the state Department of Health, putting the county’s total at 568. Fifteen of the cases newly diagnosed. The other three were originally listed incorrectly under another county’s total. No new COVID-19 deaths were occurred in Winona County. Seventeen people have died from the disease.
