LAMOILLE, Minn. — Deputies found a vehicle in the ditch and decided the driver, Patrick Mackin Stenberg, 49, of Winona, should be tested for his blood-alcohol content. The breathalyzer showed 0.19%. The deputies suggested a charge of driving while intoxicated to the county prosecutor. This was about 7:15 p.m. in the 25000 block of Pelican Lane.
