WHITEHALL, Wis. — Patricia May (Kjos) Torud, 79, of Holmen, formerly of Whitehall, who waitressed at the City Cafe for 10 years, died with Alzheimer’s disease. She also worked at Holtans jewelry shop for 21 years. In 2007 she retired from EMD.
