WINONA, Minn. — Eleven new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Winona County by the state Department of Health, but, also, four cases were removed from the county’s total due to either incorrect residence determined originally, accidental case duplications or false positives. The county’s new total, now 850, includes 18 persons who died from the disease. Statewide the total COVID-19 cases broke 90,000.
