WINONA, Minn. — During the most recent seven-day period, 36 new positive cases of COVID-19 were reported at Winona State University – a decline from the previous week. The new number of active positive cases was 76. Cumulative positive cases reported since August 24 total 346. Students in quarantine on-campus and off-campus numbered 137 in the new report.
