WINONA, Minn. – A theft of $700 cash was reported at a home on leafy and quiet Kerry Drive on the Far West End. Police classified the theft as a burglary. A back door was forced There were fresh footprints in the snow. Besides the missing cash, police said the home had been rummaged through.
