STOCKTON, Minn. – A Stockton man was arrested after his car struck garbage cans along Highway 14 at the Arches and then was abandoned in a residential driveway. Arrested was David Alan Siskoff, 58. He was booked on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Charges were pending blood test results.
