WINONA, Minn. – Somebody siphoned a tank of gasoline from a vehicle on the 200 block of Walnut Street on the East Side. The vehicle’s gas cap was opened and the tank was empty. The theft was discovered about 8 am. It is believed that the theft occurred sometime after 9:00 p.m. the night before.
