FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Governor Tim Walz took his Republican challenger  to task for as much as calling him an  authoritarianism in the German Nazi style. Walz said in an interview with the Associated Press that such casual comparisons, especially in today’s charged political environment, are unacceptable. Walz noted that Jensen’s Nazi analogy had been credibly refuted by Jewish groups and others. About Jensen continuing to make the comparison, Walz said: “Being wrong is one thing. Being told by people who know this issue that you’re wrong, and then continuing on, that becomes a character and a judgment issue.” Jensen’s Nazi references have built on his long-espoused skepticism about CoVid vaccinations — even though he’s a physician and whose conspiracy ideas have been rebuked by the medical profession. Jensen’se anti-vax opinions have since morphed into his charges that Walz’s face-mask regulations early in the CoVid crisis not only were unnecessary but also  Nazi-like.
