HARMONY, Minn. – A Harmony man died on impact when his car and a pickup collided on snow and ice on U.S. Highway 52 near the Iowa border. Fillmore County deputies identified the victim as Laurald Joseph Afseth, 63. He was in a 2005 Toyota Prius coming from one direction. Coming the other direction was a 2015 Ford F350 driven by Mark John Hanson, 61, of New Richland. He was uninjured. This was about 9 a.m.
