CARLTON, Minn. – The Cannon Falls bus driver who was drunk behind the wheel of a charter bus carrying children to a YMCA camp pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years probation. Patrick Bullard, 50, also was ordered to pay a $1000 fine and perform 40 hours community service. Other charges, including violation of the Minnesota open bottle law, were dropped.
