WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Benjamin Ross Sage, 43, was arrested on a report that he was refusing to leave a residence in the 450 residential block of West Mark Street. Because Sage had been drinking, he was in violation of his probation, police said. The arrest was about 2:30 p.m.
