WINONA, Minn.– A Hastings, Minn., man, Dylan Robert Peterson, 20, was arrested after his car bumped another car twice in the Arby’s drive-through lane, off Highway 612 at the West End, and then struck a fence out back. Deputies said he was drunk. The incident as about 6:30 p.m.
