WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Brently Steven Johnson, 57, was ticketed for unruly behavior at the Kwik Trip convenience store at Huff and Sarnia streets. Police said employees had asked the man to leave and that he then knocked over a merchandise display. The incident was about 11:30 p.m.
