WINONA, Minn. – A man on a 72-hour police hold at the Winona hospital became unruly and told attendants he was leaving. By the time officers arrived, they said he had he had calmed down. The night before the man had been taken into custody wandering down East Burns Valley Road in his pajama bottoms during a storm. Police were investigating an earlier commotion outside a house. The house and lawn furniture were damaged.
