WINONA, Minn. — Folks at the Big Muddy Brew ‘n Que on the Levee went home with their taste buds in tact albeit challenged. It was the Texas Twinkies. Zach Murphy of Backwater BBQ made 700 of them — each a hollowed-out jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and brisket wrapped in bacon.
