WINONA, Minn. – The state Department of Health reported 26 new COVID-19 cases in Winona County. In addition, one case was moved to the county’s total from another county’s, likely due to the patient’s residency originally being incorrectly listed. The new cases raised the county’s pandemic total to 1,406. Total pandemic deaths in the county stand at 19.
