LACROSSE, Wis. – A winter storm with freezing rain and snow will bear in from the northwest overnight, the National Weather Service said. The service issued an advisory for parts of Olmsted, Fillmore and Wabasha counties until 6 p.m. Ice accumulations of one-10th inch were predicted overnight for Buffalo, Fillmore, Trempealeau, Wabasha and Winona counties.
