CENTERVILLE, Wis. – The biker bar Jailhouse Saloon is prepping for the annual onslaught of business this weekend from the annual Flood Run. The bar, however, is not associated with other bars up and down the Mississippi and St. Croix valleys that hype Run. The Jailhouse alliances are with the lobbing group ABATE of Wisconsin, which promotes biker safety advocates biker rights. But whatever, it’s not unusual for Jailhouse to have a hundred choppers on their kick-stands in the parking lot during the Run for what it bills as a Motorcycle Awareness Rally and Brat Fry. A key message:  Don’t drink and drive. Besides brats this weekend, the jailhouse menu includes its usual:

> Flew the Coop. A grilled chicken breast burger with cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms.

>Leavenworth. Thin crust cajun pizza with ranch dressing, chicken, onions, mushrooms green pepper.

> San Quentin. Thin crust pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple.

> Texas Ranger. A bacon cheeseburger with two onion rings and chipotle ranch sauce.

Also the Sing Sing, the SupemaxADX, the Alcatraz, and first-offense appetizers.

Jailhouse Saloon. Fifteen miles downriver from Fountain City, five miles upriver from Galesvile.
