ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man was ticketed for disorderly conduct for a face-mask disturbance at the Cub Foods store in southeast Rochester. Police were called about a man who smashed a number of large bottles of hand sanitizer after the manager at the customer service desk told him he would have to wear a mask. Police located the man a couple of blocks away, at the 8-1/2 Street and 11th Avenue Southeast. They cited Leonard Booth, 29, for disorderly conduct and criminal damage. Cub Foods estimated the damage to the hand sanitizers and clean-up at $700 to $800.
