ROCHESTER, Minn. – The Heintz Center at Rochester Community and Technical College reopened after crews checked out concern over a possible gas leak and found nothing amiss. Heintz houses the Career and Technical Education Center at the far west end of campus. Firefighters were called just before 2 p.m.
