ST. PAUL, Minn. – The three-day winter storm that blitzed Minnesota, mostly jn southwest counties, has left a maze of statistics in its wake. The State Patrol reported responding to 3,182 calls to 911. All of the calls were answered within 20 seconds, the Patrol said.
