ELBA, Minn. — Deputies arrested a Rochester man after chase along County Road 26, which was closed for bridge construction. Joey Ray Burnham, 65, had driven his four-wheeler across the bridge, deputies said. This was about 6:50 p.m. east of Elba near the road to Crystal Springs on the way up to Altura. Deputies gave chase, but, they said, Burnham kept on going. They caught up with Burnham finally at a nearby residence. He likely will face charges of intoxicated and fleeing police, they said.
