WINONA, Minn. – A man was struck on the head with a a baseball bat over what he told police was a $20 dispute. The man was stitched up at the Winona hospital. The incident was on the East End in the 400 block of High Forrest Street in the afternoon. The victim identified the assailant. Police began tracking him down.
