WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Eddy Alexander Boone, 48, was arrested in the Maplewood neighborhood for a probation violation. The arrest followed a report to police that three women were wielding baseball bats and one man a knife. Several police officers responded to the call about 3:10 p.m.
