ROCHESTER, Minn. — A motorcyclist was injured when he struck a deer as he was heading west into Rochester on U.S. Highway 14. John Kenneth Pereda, 54, of Byron, was taken seven miles to a Rochester hospital with sustainable injuries. The accident was about 2:10 p.m.in Marion Township.
