UTICA, Minn. – A deputy stopped a Lewiston man for speeding on U.S. Highway 14 and then smelled alcohol. Kenneth Prigge, 22, of Lewiston, was asked to take a breath test and blew 0.15%. Impairment begins at 0.08% under Minnesota law. Also, the deputy said, Prigge stumbled through a roadside balance test. He was booked for driving drunk. Tus was abput 2:40 a.m.
