WINONA Minn. – Although many summer camps are turning away applicants because they don’t have enough counselors, the Winoa Y has openings at its Camp Wenonah. The Y’s camps director, Alex Brown. said he has increased capacity for summer programming. “I have a good core staff ,” Brown said. “I’m feeling good which is amazing because I know there are so many places that are struggling.” Eight six-day camps begin June 13.
