AMES, Iowa – A college student found dead Friday in the parking lot of a sorority house at Iowa State University was the daughter of Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Margaret Chutich and Allina Health chief executive Penny Wheeler, the family confirmed. Foul play was not suspected, police said. Olivia Chutich, 21, had been seen last on Thursday night. Police said she wasdiscovered unconscious by a sorority sister the next morning about 10. Chutich, a junior in communications, was just back on campus for spring classes. The cause of death was under investigation.
