EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The hometown baseball team Eau Claire Express is being sold to an group led by Chippewa Falls car dealer Craig Toycen. The new company name: Toycen Baseball Club. Toycen said the management and support staff, including field manager Dale Varsho, will be retained. The team begins 17th season in the Northwoods League on May 30. Home games will be in historic Carson Park.
