DRESBACH, Minn. – A Minnesota City driver lost control at the confluence f Interstate 90 and Highway 16 and overturned in a ditch. Jenna Leigh Pellowski, 40, , was taken seven miles to a LaCrosse hospital with non-life threatening injuries. She was wearing a seat belt, poice said.
