LACRESCENT, Minn. – A Caledonia woman was killed when a car and a truck with a semi-trailer collided on Highway 61 at Second street. Killed was Lucille Ann Petersen, 84. She was riding in a 2003 Lincoln Town Car driven by John Nockoli Petersen, 87, of Caledonia. He was eastbound on Second Street. The State Patrol said his injuries were non-life threatening. The collision happened about 11:10 a.m. The truck, a 2004 Volvo, driven by Martin Nolt Hurst, 73 of Lime Springs, Iowa, was southbound on Highway 61. Hurst was unhurt.
