CHICAGO — Travelers from Wisconsin and three other states must quarantine themselves for two weeks upon arrival in Chicago, the city announced. The concern is out-of-control coronavirus infections in the states. The city public health director, Allison Arwady, said commuters who work in Wisconsin or vice versa are exempted but should limit their activities. Besides Wisconsin, the affected states are Missouri, Nebraska and North Dakota. Noncompliance can man a fine. Chicago officials earlier had restrictions on 15 states, but list is revised weekly to reflect changing infection rates.
