WINONA, Minn. — A 10-year-old girl went crazy with shaving cream in the Burger King on Mankato Avenue. The manager called police but was undecided whether to press charges. Police held the girl and notified her parents. The Burger King is part of the Cave fast-food franchise chain out of Chicago. The extent of damage was not assessed immediately, police said. This was about 8:55 p.m.
