ROCHESTER, Minn.— Post-holiday instruction resumed at Rochester Community and Technical College with in-person classes but with strict Covid protocols. Everyone needs to wear a mask whether vaccinated or not. Proof of vaccination is required. So too is weekly testing for athletics and extracurricular activities.
