WINONA, Minn. –Police arrested a Winona man, Brian James Wehlage, 49, after finding 1.36 grams of meth in his car during traffic stop in the 300 block of Pelzer Street. An officer had recognized Wehlage as driving without a license about 11:30 a.m. and pulled him over. The officer said Wehlage appeared to hide something, which prompted the search. Police recommended a misdemeanor and drug possession.
