GOODVIEW, Minn. —  A Winona woman riding in a car stopped for a bad taillight was arrested on multiple drug charges at the 54th Avenue crossing on Highway 61. Police said drug paraphernalia items were found alongside Paige Kayleen Suchla, 30, of Winona. These, police said, included a hypodermic needle, a rubber hose, and a bulb-shaped smoking device with methamphetamine residue. She was booked for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. The driver, Phillip Edward Edmunds, 32, of Minnesota City, was cited for driving after revocation and for failing to provide proof of insurance. Edmunds was excused from drug charges because the paraphernalia all was on Suchla’s side of the car’s cabin.
