WINONA, Minn. — A Kellogg man, Mason Sean Maloney, 21, was written up on several charges after a rear-end collision at Sarnia and Franklin streets. Police said Maloney rear-ended one vehicle, then turned and hit another vehicle. A person in third vehicle went to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. This was about 3:20 p.m. The charges facing Maloney:
> Failure to yield.
> No driver’s license.
> No insurance.
