WINONA, Minn. – Winona County board member Chris Meyer attended an anti-mask outside the Courthouse Tuesday but as an observer, not as a protester. She left early. Meyer has been leaning in favor of a county mandate for masking — as the Covid respikes locally. About the rally and a mask mandate, Meyer told the Winona Daily News:  “I’m genuinely just concerned about people’s health and welfare, their safety,(and the safety of their families. To me it is not political, it is really just about public health.”
