- CLOUD, Minn. – Police surrounded a Wells Fargo branch bank on the West End after an employee pushed a silent alarm. Moments earlier the branch manager had called 911 about a disgruntled customer whom he said appeared to be a safety concern to the customers and employees. This was shortly before 2 p.m. Customers fled, but the robber was holding hostage inside.
