WINONA, Minn. – A Rochester woman slid off the road and got stuck on the Union Pacific industrial stub line on the Far East End near Third and Steuben streets. Police got the car off the tacks, then arrested Dawn Renee Hensel, 49, for drunken driving. Officers said she admitted to drinking earlier in the night. At the jail house her blood alcohol tested at .15%, almost double the legal threshold for drunkenness.
