ST. PAUL, Minn. – Governor Tim Walz is returning to tradition for his State of the State address. It will be at joint session of the Legislature at the Capitol at 6 p.m. on April 24. Last year Walz chose a Mankato West High School classroom, where he once taught. The year before he spoke from the governor’s mansion.
