WASHINGTON – Amtrak confirmed that 141 [assengers and 16 crew members were aboard the Empire Builder that derailed in Montana, killing three people. Amtrak did not release the destinations of anyone aboard. The train’s destinations included Mississippi River stops Red Wing, Winona and LaCrosse.
