NODINE, Minn. – Motorists can expect delays on Interstate 90 while a bridge is being replaced near the Nodine exit at the top of the hill from Dakota, the state Transportation Department said. Eastbound lanes will be closed Thursday, westbound lanes Friday. A detour will go up the Exit 267 ramp and back down the ramp to I-90.
