PILOT MOUND, Minn. – A motorcyclist out for a fall run was injured when he lost control and crashed near Pilot Mound in northern Fillmore County. Matthew Richard Keefe, 73, of Dover, was airlifted 32 miles to a Rochester hospital. His injuries, said police, appeared to be non-life threatening. Keefe was riding a 2001 Yamaha westward on U.S. Highway 30 between Rushford and Chatfield. The crash was about 2:10 p.m. Keefe was solo on the bike and wearing a helmet, police said.
